We are delighted to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders! Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local customs.
- Shipping Origin: Orders are usually fulfilled from our warehouses in China or the US. Depending on item availability, your order may arrive in separate packages.
- Tracking Information: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent once your order is dispatched. You can monitor the delivery status directly.
- Shipping Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays (e.g., customs inspections, local courier issues) may occur and are beyond our control.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please review our return & refund policy below:
- Eligibility: We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent. Due to the nature of our fulfillment model, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and customization reasons, products such as underwear, swimwear, or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
- How to Request a Return: Email us at info@moda-ri.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos of the issue.
- Return Costs: Return shipping is not covered unless the item is confirmed to be defective. In such cases, we will issue a prepaid return label (US or China warehouse depending on your location).
- Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected (within 7 business days), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Store credit or replacements are also available upon request.
- Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your order has not arrived within 45 days of shipment and is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or resend your item free of charge.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes: Please note that any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
